    अच्छी और कड़क चाय हर किसी को पसंद होती है. लेकिन रोजाना चाय पीने वाले लोग चाय के दूसरे फायदों और इस्तेमाल से शायद अनजान होते हैं. चाय आपको ताजगी देने के साथ और भी बहुत कुछ दे सकती है. जानिए चाय के ये 9 फायदे...
    1. बालों को रखे चमकदार   advantages of tea
    अगर आप बालों में अच्छी शाइन चाहते हैं, तो ग्रीन टी का इस्तेमाल करें. हालांकि यह उसी पेड़ से बनती है, जिससे काली चाय आती है. लेकिन इसे बनाने का तरीका कुछ अलग होता है. ग्रीन टी को ऑक्सीडाइज नहीं किया जाता, जिसके चलते इसकी पत्तियों में इलेक्ट्रॉन की संख्या ज्यादा होती है. ये इलेक्ट्रॉन आपके बालों को शाइन देते हैं.
    ऐसे करें इस्तेमाल:
    ग्रीन टी के तीन बैग, एक जग उबले पानी में डालें और ठंडा होने के लिए छोड़ दें. ठंडा होने पर टी बैग निकालें और उस पानी से बालों को धोएं. 10 मिनट बाद बालों में कंडिशनर लगाएं. अब बालों की चमक देखते ही बनेगी. आप बालों को डार्क भी कर सकते हैं. बस आपको ग्रीन की बजाय ब्लैक टी का इस्तेमाल करना होगा.
    2. आंखों को बनाएं सुंदर
    अगर आपकी आंखें थोड़ी सूजी हुई हैं, तो ज्यादा परेशान होने की जरूरत नहीं है. इस्तेमाल किए हुए दो टी बैग आपकी समस्या हल कर सकते हैं. स्ट्रेस, एलर्जी, ज्यादा शराब पीने या हार्मोनल चेंज की वजह से आंखों में सूजन हो सकती है. लेकिन चाय में मौजूद कैफीन, सूजी हुई खून की नसों को स्किन में दबा देगी और आपकी आंखें पूरी तरह ठीक हो जाएंगी.
  9. ऐसे करें इस्तेमाल:
    इस्तेमाल किए हुए दो टी-बैग लें और आंखें बंद करके उनके ऊपर रख लें. 10 मिनट तक रखने के बाद उन्हें हटाएं. अब आपकी आंखे फ्रेश होंगी.
    3. गंदे कारपेट को मिनटों में करें साफ
    अगर आपके घर में कारपेट गंदा है, तो चाय की मदद से आप उसे भी अच्छे से साफ कर सकते हैं. थोड़ी-सी खुली चाय लें और उसे कारपेट पर हल्की-सी परत के रूप में फैला दें. अब केतली से उसके ऊपर थोड़ा-सा पानी डालें और कारपेट में घिसें. 15 मिनट बाद उसे फर्श से हटाएं. अब कारपेट की धूल और गंध दूर हो चुकी होगी.
    4. सन बर्न से बचाए
    जब आपको काफी ज्यादा वक्त तक धूप में रहना हो और आप इससे बच न सकते हों, तो चेहरे पर सनबर्न के मार्क आना लाजि‍मी है. ऐसे में ठंडे टी-बैग लें और जिस जगह पर स्किन प्रभावित हुई है, वहां 10 मिनट तक रखें. तुरंत असर दिखेगा.
